Dr Naseem is an experienced GP registered with the Royal College of General Practitioners and GMC GP Register. He has wealth of experience in managing acute and chronic health problems and can support you with your medical needs whether it is a one off problem or ongoing care. 

Please note that currently, he is only able to provide private GP appointments for adults aged 18 years or over at the LSDC clinic due to CQC Registration. We hope to include Paediatric services in the future.

Our electronic health care system provides you with a patient portal and easy access to any of your medical documents. 

Dr Naseem offers comprehensive general health checkups that include a range of tests and examinations to assess your overall health. You will then receive an executive summary report detailing findings and recommendations. 

• Full examinations head-to-toe 
• Male and female specific examinations available and with chaperones where booked in advance. 
• Bedside tests including Urine dipstick, blood pressure, oxygen saturations, temperature, lung function, height and weight for BMI calculation
• Further tests such as resting 12 lead ECG (heart tracing) with an option of a Consultant Cardiologist review. In addition we offer Spirometry (detailed lung function testing), audiometry, Snellen and Ishihara's Vision tests, urine drug testing for 13 drugs. 
• We work with reputable pathology labs in London to provide fast and accurate blood testing. These include a range of tests haematology, biochemistry and microbiology. 

Private prescriptions work differently to NHS FP10 Prescriptions in that, you are responsible for paying the full market value of the drug. In the NHS, these prescriptions are currently capped at £9.65 per item.  Issuing of a prescription is complementary as part of any GP or Health Screening appointment. 

We can provide a variety of acute and chronic prescriptions provided they are medically appropriate. These prescriptions can be sent electronically to your emails to redeem at Pharmacies nationwide. We can also arrange to have a Pharmacy deliver the medications to your home using our trusted Pharmacy partners.

Please note we cannot provide prescriptions for controlled drugs such as Tramadol, Pregabalin, Morphine based drugs and those at high risk of abuse. We are also unable to issue certain drugs that require close blood test monitoring such as Methotrexate, Lithium, etc. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure to inform us of your requirement and we can confirm if it  possible before booking. 

We are unable to guarantee to fulfill all prescription requests as it depends on the medical need and indication. We are unable to provide refunds for appointment time if Dr Naseem determines a certain prescription is not your best medical interest but he will explain any alternative options or reasoning why. 

Having worked in the London Region as a private GP, Dr Naseem has a network of trusted and experienced Consultant Specialists in all areas. His current practice is based along side Dr Ahmed Albusoda (Consultant Gastroenterologist) and has fast track access to outpatient appointment and investigations. We will work hard to ensure you see the correct specialist for your problem to reduce the need for you to attend multiple appointments. We can also complete OPEN or Named referrals depending on your preference and medical insurance cover. 

Whether you have private medical insurance or plan to self pay, referrals letters are complementary as part of any GP or Health screening appointment and Dr Naseem will usually complete these at the time of the appointment or before the end of the working day.
